VICKEN AVAKIAN
Vicken Vincent Avakian is a Beirut-based cinematographer, photographer, and visual artist. His work engages with urban spaces, communities, and everyday gestures through a sensory and process-driven approach, often working from within places he inhabits. Across documentary, moving image, and photography, he is interested in light, rhythm, atmosphere, and the quiet politics of daily life. His recent works increasingly engages with materiality and embodied presence.
